This series is part of Verre Minuit artwork collection created by Karine Bouchard, a Canadian artist based in Montreal.

The Shangri-La Collection is composed of a selection of brass funeral urns and keepsakes crafted by skilled artisans in the city of Moradabad, in India.
As the mythical valley of Shangri-La, a hidden paradise in Himalaya, these brass vessels give us a feeling of both sacred and mysterious which comes from their oriental shapes and their fine and harmonious hand engraving.
Over two thousand years ago, India succeeded in producing an alloy of basic metals which looked almost exactly like gold. This wonderful new metal was, in fact, brass. Moradabad, in Uttar Pradesh, is the largest and most active center for the production and transformation of this alloy. The city is nicknamed Pital Nagri ("City of Brass") for its famous brass handicrafts and has carved a niche for itself in this industry throughout the world. In particular, a wide and attractive range of artistic brass funeral urns is created by skilled artisans of this city.

The Urnafim Collection offers cremation urns and keepsakes which are handmade in wood. The selection includes a range of products from the most basic to the most elaborate which, thanks to dedicated craftsmanship, produces different series that make up this exclusive collection:
- Eco Series: ecological urns made with OSB3 boards (oriented pinewood splinters) and with non-polluting and water-soluble materials, that can be easily reintegrated into nature. These urns are fully biodegradable in soil and without any toxicity in the water.
- Premium Series: vessels made with fibreboard and HPL (stratified), combining hardwoods, such as rosewood, maple, walnut These urns have an original and exclusive design.
Each urn is named after one of the winds of their region of origin: Catalonia, in Spain.
